Who we are
Our story
El Fogón de Jávea was born from a simple idea: a restaurant where every guest feels at home. Our kitchen brings together the elegance of French gastronomy and the traditional flavours of Spain and the Mediterranean, using fresh, quality ingredients in dishes cooked with genuine care.
We want every visit to be a pleasure — whether you are after a relaxed family lunch or a special dinner with friends or someone you love.
You will find us in the Arenal district of Javea, one of the town's most emblematic spots, just minutes from the beach. A welcoming, air-conditioned room and attentive service are what bring so many of our guests back again and again.
