What data we process and why
When you submit the booking form we process your name, phone number, email address (if you provide one), party size, date, time and any comments you add.
The sole purpose is to manage and confirm your booking. The legal basis is the taking of steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
We do not use your data to send you advertising, nor do we share it with third parties for commercial purposes.
How long we keep it
We keep booking data for as long as needed to handle the booking and, afterwards, for the period legally required to address any potential liabilities.
Processors
To run this service we use technology providers who may access this data on our behalf: our hosting and analytics provider (Vercel), our database provider (Supabase) and our email delivery provider. All of them act in accordance with the GDPR.
Your rights
You can access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your data, and request its portability, by writing to elfogondejavea@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
Cookies and visitor measurement
This website uses no analytics or advertising cookies, and does not track you across other websites.
To know how many visits each page receives we use Vercel's analytics, which works without cookies and without building a profile of anyone: it only counts page views in aggregate and anonymously.
On the contact page we display a Google Maps map. When it loads, Google may set its own cookies and process your IP address in accordance with its own privacy policy, over which we have no control.
